Held in the Brisbane inner city suburb of Wilston, Express Headshot Sessions are a fast and fun way to update your headshot. Available throughout the year, there will be 15 minute Headshot Sessions available for you to reserve.
At the same time as your session, you’ll select your favourite images on the spot before they are professionally edited. No need to make another time to view your images. It’s that quick and you’ll receive a We Transfer link within 48 hours to download your fully edited digital files – ready to use.

PLANNING
Before your session, I’ll email you a questionnaire to complete so I can get to know a little about the work you do and what you’d like your headshot to say about you. You’ll also receive a Preparation Guide to give you some tips and suggestions on how to plan for your session.
YOUR EXPRESS HEADSHOT SESSION
It’s natural to feel nervous about having your photo taken but I’ll be there to guide you on posing and body language so you look relaxed and natural. These sessions are only 15 minutes long. Fast and fun and you’ll be finished before you know it.
THE IMAGES
My passion is to deliver a small collection of images that you can choose from. Your Headshot Session includes one digital file with the option to purchase more. Each of which will be professionally edited in my clean and fresh style, once you have chosen your favourites. The image/s will be delivered to you using a We Transfer link within 48 hours – simple, quick and perfect for those who need a fresh new headshot.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I’d like more than 15 minutes of photography?
That’s no problem at all. Maybe a Personal Branding Session is what you need. These sessions are much more detailed and are the perfect way to showcase not only yourself but also what you do. Take a look at my Personal Branding page for more information.
What about Professional Makeup and/or Hair Stylist?
I’m more than happy to share the details of the talented artists that I like to work with but you’re also most welcome to choose whoever you like. The most important thing is that the look you choose reflects your brand image.
I’m nervous about having my photo taken. How will I know what to do?
Most people are uncomfortable in front of the camera – including me – but I specialise in gently guiding you through natural and relaxed poses. I’ll be with you all the way!
Will you photoshop my wrinkles or blemishes?
I’m passionate about making you look the best you can and will be happy to remove any blemishes that aren’t normally there – I’ll even soften fine lines … but it is so important for you to look authentic and not drastically retouched. By shooting with the right type of lighting and the right angles, I’ll be sure to make you look the ‘best version of yourself’.
When will my images be ready?
I aim to have your chosen images ready within 48 hours of your Headshot session and full payment.
What happens after I know which images I’d like?
Simply choose the image that you love and if you’d like to purchase more than one then I’ll invoice you for those. They’ll be professionally edited and sent to you via a We Transfer link within 48 hours of your session and payment. You’ll also receive them in both high resolution as well as resized for internet use.
Who owns the Copyright to my photos and how can I use them?
Leanne Stamatellos Photography owns the Full Copyright to all the images. However, you may use the images for anything you like – feel free to print, share and blog the images that you purchase and there are no restrictions at all to how long you can use the images.
How do I know if you’re the right photographer for us?
Great question! I’m dedicated and passionate about creating beautiful, timeless images. I’ve been an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography and have won many awards for my images both at State and National levels, so you can feel comfortable knowing that you’re in good hands. What’s equally important is that you love the style of photos that I create!
