There’s something very special when you know a ‘little one’ is on the way and you watch
and wait as the days pass until you hear the wonderful news that they’ve arrived into this world.
Baby Georgia Elise was born on the 3rd July this year and was irresistible at 9lb 3oz.
Natalie and Andrew had asked me to photograph her once she arrived home and
she was an absolute doll at 11 days old.
Welcome to a your beautiful family Baby Georgia – you will be much loved by your 3 siblings and caring parents.

I spent a lovely morning with Henry, Ellen and three year old, Osric, who was simply too cute for words. I loved his cheeky smiles and his adorable, boyish nature.
In between tickles and cuddles, he played with his dinosaurs, rode his bike like a pro
and climbed a beautiful old tree.

it’s the simple things …
This morning, Joshua asked me if he could bake a recipe that he’d written himself.
He knew exactly what he wanted to make – chocolate orange cupcakes.
He described them perfectly to me – chunks of chocolate inside with candied oranges on top of chocolate icing. So I helped him with quantities so it would work and went shopping together for ingredients. He then put on his usual chef’s outfit and the fun began.
It’s the simple things in life that bring me the greatest joy – like the time we spent today
doing something that made us both so incredibly happy.

It was a glorious Brisbane winter’s morning when I photographed two of the sweetest girls and their parents.
Looking like they’d stepped out of the pages of Studio Bambino, Ellene and Sophia were a joy to photograph and heaps of fun.
What I love most about photographing families, is seeing the connections between everyone.
Michael and Jenny adore their beautiful girls and you can see it in every single photo the special bond that they have with them.

You may recognise these two adorable children from previous photo sessions that I’ve had with each of them when they were babies. This time, they were here with their family as part of a big extended photo shoot. You can see where they get their good looks from, right?

I photographed an amazing family on Saturday night – three brothers and six sisters !
I love extended family sessions so much.
They had me entertained and in awe of their incredible connection with each other.

There’s nothing more that I love than seeing families come together to celebrate a special occasion
and for this family they were celebrating Helen turning 70!
A birthday gift of a an extended family session with Helen’s 4 children, their partners and her grandchildren including Donatello, the adorable Pekingese.
Helen is beautiful!
She is kind and gentle and absolutely loves her family with all her heart.
To photograph everyone was a pleasure and I know how treasured these photos will always be.

alec + stella + their 7 grandsons
Alec and Stella have a beautiful big family.
They have been blessed with 7 handsome and amazing grandsons
and as Stella told me “most importantly, they are good boys!”
I love that!
This session was particularly special since Alec and Stella had requested to have a photo shoot with themselves and their 7 grandsons – a beautiful extended family session.
They wanted to update their photos of the boys and we spent a lovely morning together doing just that.
