It’s always a pleasure to photograph this family. I’ve loved seeing each of the children grow into the little people that they are – each with their own unique personality.

For this session, I simply followed them around while they showed me their favourite beach and all the places they love to visit. We climbed rocks, watched the big waves crash into the bay, collected shells and eventually watched the boys run into the ocean for a late afternoon swim – fully clothed of course!

What an absolute joy!

georgia barnes – 2015 masterchef runner-up

It’s been 8 months since I spent the day photographing the gorgeous and incredibly talented, Georgia Barnes (runner up of Masterchef Australia 2015) for the first time. Having only photographed her again a few weeks ago, I thought I should really share some of my favourite photos from her first Personal Branding session.

I had the best time ever – who wouldn’t, right?

I photographed her delicious food and watched it being plated up right before my eyes as well as photographed one of the sweetest, kindest and most genuine girl I’ve met.

On top of that, I couldn’t let the food go to waste so there was plenty of taste testing along the way – and can I say the food was insanely good.

Loved this family’s session so much.

We started at their beautiful Queenslander home followed by a stroll to the loveliest hidden spot with a timber fort. From there we walked to the best little, local bakery in town.

It was a beautiful day and made even more special having their grandmother with them for the session.

Mary – Somerville House High School Ball

Mary looked stunning!

She wore a superb, full length, midnight blue evening dress which sparkled almost as bright as her eyes. She was so full of happiness and excitement that day as should every girl heading off to her High School Formal.

I had so much fun photographing Mary – she’s gorgeous inside and out and we laughed together as I took her photos.

Mary, you’re a fabulous girl – one in a million!

It means a lot to me when families return for another session to update their photos so it was with great pleasure when Sally and Simon contacted me to photograph their four handsome sons again.

You may recall their first session back in early 2010 when they were just a very young family.

There’s something very special about being asked to photograph a family over several years.

Watching them grow and telling the story of their connections with each other.

I’ve loved documenting this family’s life as it’s gone from having Phillip arrive, then Frankie and then adorable Olivia. Each moment as precious as the last.

I think this may have been their fourth family session with me and it’s a very special one
