THE CEREMONY
<\/b>I’ve photographed many Greek Christenings and Baptisms and you can trust that I will be respectful and unobtrusive – my experience allows me to seamlessly combine my photography skills with my respect of protocols and traditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE RECEPTION
<\/strong>I’ve had the pleasure of photographing many Christening receptions in homes and venues in and around Brisbane. It is a joy to capture the celebration and adoration of your child, your faith and your family, as well as those all-important details like the gown, candles and cake.\u2028\u2028<\/span><\/p>\n

YOUR MINI-SESSION<\/strong><\/span>
The day of the Christening is a big day for your child! I invite all my clients to have a \u2018mini portrait\u2019 session in the week following the Christening, where we can photograph your child in a calm and soothing environment, fresh and well rested in their beautiful Christening outfit. For many, these have become their most treasured photographs to perfectly complement the details of the day. This session is included in your Christening Day Collection, and generally takes around 20-30 minutes in my home at Wilston – just 4kms from Brisbane’s city centre.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It may have been a wet day but the weather didn’t spoil this very special occasion for little miss Emerson. Surrounded by very close family and friends, baby Arden was baptised at St Finbarr’s Church in Ashgrove.\u00a0The ceremony was beautiful and meaningful. Arden joyfully chatted throughout the service, splashed with the holy baptismal water and enjoyed the day as much as everyone.

BEFORE THE CHRISTENING DAY<\/strong><\/span>
I love hearing all about your plans so that I can capture the details that you and your child\u2019s Godparents have carefully planned. There is so much love that goes into planning your child’s Christening Day and I want to know all about it.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE CHURCH CEREMONY<\/strong><\/span>
I\u2019m fortunate to have built relationships with several priests who perform Christening and Baptism ceremonies.\u2028<\/span>
Some of my favourite churches include St George Greek Orthodox Church<\/a>, Greek Orthodox Church of the Dormition of our Lady<\/a>, Greek Orthodox Parish of St Paraskevi<\/a> and St Finnbar\u2019s Catholic Church<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

CLASSIC FAMILY PHOTOS<\/strong><\/span>
It\u2019s important to have some classic, family photos taken on the day of your child\u2019s baptism. This is a great time to gather the parents, godparents, grandparents \u2014and even great-grandparents \u2014 at the end of the ceremony or reception. These classic portraits will be treasured for generations to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE RECEPTION VENUE<\/strong><\/span>
I\u2019ve had the pleasure to photograph at some wonderful christening reception venues in and around Brisbane. What if I’d like more than 2 hours of photographic coverage?<\/strong><\/span>
That’s no problem at all. Quite often, two hours is more than enough but if you’d like me to stay longer then we can chat further and I’m happy to add extra paid time to your Collection in half hour increments.<\/span><\/p>

Do you offer other products besides the Digital Files?<\/strong><\/span>
Absolutely! Most families ask me to create beautiful pieces of Wall Art and Keepsake Albums that tell the story of this special day. I also offer small gift prints, table frames and brag books which are lovely especially if you might like to gift close family or Godparents with something to remember from the day.<\/span><\/p>

When will our Digital Files be ready?<\/strong><\/span>
I aim to have your images fully edited within 2 weeks of the Christening Day. I’ll organise a private and password-protected online gallery with all your images so that you can share the photos with your family and friends. Your digital files will be provided to you on a beautiful crystal USB and ready at the same time as your online gallery.<\/span><\/p>

How do we know if you’re the right photographer for us?<\/strong><\/span>
Great question! I’m dedicated and passionate about creating beautiful, timeless images for you to enjoy with your children and their children. I\u2019ve been an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography and have won many awards for my images both at State and National levels, so can feel comfortable knowing that you\u2019re in good hands. \u00a0What’s equally important is that you love the style of photos that I create!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
